Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a refund—no questions asked.
Just contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RGA). We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address for fast processing.
Missing Parts?
If your order is missing any parts, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll ship the missing items to you as quickly as possible and confirm delivery timing with you.
Exchanges & Cancellations
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply place a new order. A refund will be issued for the returned item once we receive it.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
